We do not own, sell, or finance vehicles directly, and we do not represent any bank or financial institution.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• LeaseCar.pk reserves the right to suspend or remove any account found violating platform rules or posting misleading information.

3. Posting a Listing

• Users must ensure all vehicle information, prices, and installment details are accurate and truthful.
• Listings must not include false claims, copyrighted material, or stolen content.
• By posting a car, the user confirms they are legally authorized to sell or list the vehicle.
• LeaseCar.pk reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove listings that do not comply with platform guidelines.

4. Payments and Pricing Plans

• Listing packages (Free, Featured, Premium Verified) are available for individuals and dealers.
• Fees paid for listings are non-refundable once the ad is live.
• LeaseCar.pk does not handle payments or financial transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Communication Between Users

• Buyers and sellers communicate directly through the contact options provided in listings.
• LeaseCar.pk is not involved in negotiation, documentation, or transfer processes.
• Users are advised to verify all vehicle and payment details independently before proceeding.

6. Verification Process

• The “Verified” badge indicates that our team has manually reviewed a listing for basic authenticity.

• It does not constitute a financial, legal, or ownership guarantee.

• Buyers must still conduct their own due diligence before making any transaction.

7. Liability Limitation

• LeaseCar.pk is not responsible for any loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from user interactions.
• All agreements and financial dealings are strictly between the buyer and seller.
• The platform operates only as a listing and marketing medium.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, text, graphics, and branding belong to LeaseCar.pk.
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing any content without written consent is prohibited.

9. Termination

LeaseCar.pk reserves the right to suspend or delete any account or listing that violates these Terms or misuses the platform in any way.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after any update implies acceptance of the revised terms.
